How to Generate a Contact Tracing Report

Follow these steps to generate an MPOX contact tracing report effectively:

  • Select a Filter Type: Choose the type of report you want to generate:
    • All: Generates a report of all health declarations.
    • Individual: Generates a report for specific individuals.
    • Juridical: Generates a report for specific organizations.
    • Transportation: Generates a report for specific transportation entities.
  • Provide a Filter Value:
    • If you selected "Individual," choose the person's name(s) from the dropdown. You can select single or multiple individuals.
    • If you selected "Juridical," select an organization name from the dropdown.
    • If you selected "Transportation," select a transportation entity from the dropdown.
  • Select a Status: This step is mandatory for all reports. Choose a symptom status filter:
    • With Symptoms: Includes declarations where any MPOX symptoms are present.
    • Without Symptoms: Includes declarations with no MPOX symptoms reported.
  • Specify a Date Range: This step is mandatory for all reports. Select the range of dates for the health declarations you want to include.
  • Sort Your Results: Choose ascending or descending order to organize your report data by date.
  • Click the "" Button: Once all required fields are filled, click the button to generate the report preview.

Note: If you miss any required fields, a warning message will guide you to complete the inputs before proceeding.

After submission, the system will fetch the contact tracing data and display the report preview. The preview will include a button to generate or print the MPOX contact tracing records.
